Return Policy

While we take great pride in our fresh Maui fruits, we unfortunatley do not accept returns.

Refund Policy

Take Home Maui does offer refunds based on valid concerns.

If there are any quality problems, or you have questions regarding a delayed shipment, please contact our office by calling (808) 661-6185 or email us at orders@takehomemaui.com.

Please allow 48 hours for our staff to investigate your inquiry and get back to you. If you have already placed an order, please include the order number with your message.

Cancellation Policy

The latest orders can be cancelled is 9 am on the Wednesday before shipment.

Should you need to cancel your order please call us (808) 661-6185 immediately. Please have your order number handy.

Shipping Details
All product prices include 2-day Fedex Shipping at no additional charge. Our 2-day shipping begins on our shipping date from Lahaina and not the order date. We use this service to avoid having pineapples sit in transit over the weekend. Orders made by 10 am Hawai‘i Standard Time will ship that Wednesday for a Friday delivery. Once our shipments are made we will send you a tracking number. Typically this will happen on Monday or Tuesday. Our pineapples are shipped only to the contiguous United States and Hawaii.
What Happens If There's A Delay In Shipping?
Sometimes we must delay shipping if the farmers are unable to harvest due to inclement weather or if the pineapples simply aren’t fully ripened. If this happens, we will contact you.
Having Trouble Receiving Your Order Confirmation?

If you’re having trouble receiving your order confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Add our “from” address orders@takehomemaui.com to your address book, safe list, or contact list
  2. Make sure you white-list us with your spam blocker
  3. If you stop hearing from us, check your spam or junk folder
  4. If you are still having trouble, contact the company that provides your email service (ISP) for help

Can Orders Be Expedited?

If you need a specific delivery date for an event or holiday, you can place your order at any time and we can arrange shipment at the proper time.

Can We Pick Up At The Store?

If you are in the Lahaina area, we can arrange pick-up from our kiosk for you to take home. Give us a call at 808-661-6185 for pick up pricing. Pick up scheduling is the same as our shipping schedule.

Do You Allow Splitting Orders?
Order splitting to multiple addresses is not available at this time.
How Long Do Pineapples Last?
Fresh Maui Gold® Pineapples retain their freshness for one week The best way to store them is to cut them up and put in the fridge.
Are Gift Baskets Currently Available For Events?
Take Home Maui has temporarily suspended our gift basket service. Things are in the works, though, so check back soon!
Are Green Pineapples Edible?
All the pineapples we sell, regardless of their color, are vine ripened and ready to eat. Remember, that pineapples don’t ripen anymore once they are picked. Maui Gold® Pineapples are hand-picked ripe, so they can be eaten right away.
